3Dinebase ("the App", "we", "us", "our") is a restaurant point-of-sale (POS) application developed and operated by Vyeon ("the Company"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices available to restaurant owners, staff, and customers whose data may pass through the App.
By using 3Dinebase, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
3Dinebase is used by restaurants to manage staff, orders, and payments. Depending on how a restaurant configures and uses the App, we may collect the following categories of data:

Card and payment credential data: 3Dinebase does not store full payment card numbers, CVV codes, or bank credentials on the device or on our servers. Card and digital payment processing is handled by third-party, PCI-compliant payment processors and/or payment terminal hardware; we only receive and store the transaction result (amount, status, method, and a masked reference).
We do not sell personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:
Data collected through 3Dinebase is stored using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect it from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes access controls for staff accounts and encryption of data in transit. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain staff, customer, order, and payment records for as long as the restaurant's account is active, or as needed to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Restaurant owners/admins may request deletion of data associated with their account as described in Section 7, subject to any retention required by law (e.g. tax and financial recordkeeping).
3Dinebase is a business tool intended for use by restaurant staff and management and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
